I've been waiting to get COVID so that I can be sassy like "I am grateful to not be vaccinated nor boosted so my symptoms are mild" but for some gosh darn reason I just haven't gotten COVID yet. Thanks, Dr. Zelenko.

To borrow a phrase from my favorite, The Book of Armaments "And Saint Attila raised [COVID-19] up on high, saying, 'O Lord, bless this thy [COVID], that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy.'

"Our Pfizer, who art infallible, hallowed be thy name. Thy word be true, thy check be blue, on earth, as it is in Newhaven. Give us this day our toxic shot, and lead us not into awareness, amen."

Wait, no.... that's too long. how about a simple "Pieces of mRNA be upon them?"

The political hacks - "I'm grateful to be boosted" - the rest of us - "I'm grateful to be sane."

I can't help but wonder: do these politicians all have an agreement with their local Pfizer lobbyist in which using the phrase "grateful to be both vaccinated and boosted" earns them another $100,000 in campaign donations?

it's not sufficient to say simply "I think the boosters really helped me." no. they must express gratitude. i guess "graftitude" would be a better word.

I'm grateful for growing up at a time and place that had top grades and test scores for high school students in America, and that I had the foresight to squeeze as much advanced learning out of that as I could.

It saved me from being scientifically and linguistically illiterate, such that I would mistake a Vaccine for an mRNA payload carried inside a phospholipid nanoparticle, meant to infect muscle tissue at the site of injection, but which could get carried by my bloodstream to any number of vital organs in my body.

I'm also grateful for a family that said things to me as a child like "just because all your friends jump off a bridge, it doesn't mean you should, too."

My wife, children and I are all unvaxxed. We've been exposed to Covid continuously over the last two years. My wife had alpha asymptomaticly. My son and I caught omicron a year later. He had a fever for two hours, took a nap and was fine. I had congestion for an evening.

My brother's and sisters are all vaxxed and boosted. One was sick and tested positive for two weeks. Another two were sick with Covid for a week. They're all grateful to be vaxxed and boosted. 🙄

Why do people keep testing???? Are people going to do this forever???? People get colds. It’s normal.

You missed Anthony Fauci (not a politician?), plus that they all seem to have started with Paxlovid , even though the symptoms are so very 'mild' thanks to the 4 injections. Must be a coordinated marketing campaign.

I fortunately had Covid prior to getting vaccinated. I would like to take the opportunity to thank my innate immune system for my mild symptoms. My cell-mediated immunity really dealt some tough blows to the SARS-Cov-2 virus and didn't allow it to really even make me feel bad (ok, I had a 100.5 fever for half a day & some back pain). Here's looking at you NK cells - I wouldn't have made it without you!

I especially appreciate your take on the $530 paxlovid doses and the whole "it's just free!" mindset. we need to keep an eye on this sort of "business model" in the near future in the US. it's going to dominate more and more of the economy, from Pharma to energy to food to even technology. the whole economy will move to this model rapidly. it has become the biggest game in town. it may soon become the only game in town.

Yes, this is the Paxlovid marketing campaign in action. Amazing how many politicians they can afford after all that tax money spent on their products. Cute how it rhymes, too, right? "Got COVID, take PAXLOVID."

This campaign is also to normalize getting covid after vaccination so everyone takes it in stride and forgets about how the vaccine was supposed to do something other than injure and kill people.

One positive aspect to this is we can use politicians medical advice as a contrary indicator. Whatever medical tips that show up in the tweets of a large group of public figures are sure to be harmful.

Yep, this is trying to get people to expect frequent "vaccinations", more frequently than the annual flu shot scam.
